Our soft play area is almost complete! Thanks to our kind donors at Ashtire, we have been able to build this amazing space for our children. We can’t wait to introduce our kids to it, and show you their reactions!
This soft play area is just the first of many wonderful improvements we’re introducing for our kids! Thanks to the kind donations from both our founder Julianne Fink and Ashtire, we’ve got a lot of great stuff in the works we can’t wait to unveil!
We’re both happy and sad to announce the retirement of our leader and founder, Julianne Fink. An inspiring woman and excellent manager, we will miss her quick wit and boundless energy, and the children will surely miss her constant kindness and affection.
She told us “I’m sorry to be leaving, but I think it’s time to step back and let the brilliant people managing the organisation take the lead. Michael and Sarah are already doing a fantastic job, and I know they’ll soon make Kindly Vale an even brighter place to be.”
In more uplifting news, Julianne has told us she plans to move to Paris, where she has recently bought a beautiful new home. She told us “A relative of mine passed, leaving me a fair sum of money. Most of which I have of course donated to Kindly Vale, but with the little I’m keeping for myself I am relocating, and starting again in the city I grew up in.”
We have a new website! We’re sure you’ll agree it’s beautiful! Our thanks to our friends over at Ashtire Executive Innovation, and to Mephi in particular for getting in contact and getting that ball rolling! He’s done a great job, and we couldn’t be more grateful!
